This morning I decided to call my friend and warn her about my post about her. She didn't answer, so I just left her a message.... about 30 minutes later, my phone rang...
She said, " Let me tell you another reason that I know that God is so good...."
I said, " okay, let's hear it...."
She said, " you think that I am only 35.... girl, I will be 38 on my birthday. See, God is so Good!!"
I busted out laughing. God really is so Good. She was humbled by my post... and your comments. She just doesn't see this in herself. BUT... the rest of us do. What an inspiration.

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared in give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.

That is a great friend to underestimate someone age...If you knew me , and we were friends, and you underestimated my weight we'd be friends forever! grin.

I went to school in Greenville SC ( Bible College..can you guess where?) and I had a lot of homeschool friends.

Thank God for the one's considered elected to suffer for His name's sake. Who would we look to for examples of faith if everyone's life was perfect?
I've looked and watched closely those He has His grace fully on. Paul's encouragement comes to mind here... taking note of those who are living it. And some are living it with all the amazing pain life can throw our way. Praise God for them and through them!
Philippians 3:17
Join with others in following my example, brothers, and take note of those who live according to the pattern we gave you.
